I try to teach with compassion, enthusiasm, clarity and excitement, Students need to explore the outer edge, and discover what is in side of them… shine through and connect to the body & Mind get into your body and out of your head and get into your Heart and Feel.
Since teachers are not able to adjust every student in each pose, I will provide verbal cues throughout the class to adjust to their own body. An effective teacher will encourage her students to challenge themselves within the poses to practice safely. Yoga is for everyone!
Kim Marsh
Registered with Canadian Yoga Alliance. Studied various workshops: Five Tibetan Rites, Yin Yoga. Certificated Pilates Mat instructor.
Kim is a dedicated yogini, she been with Bella Yoga since day one and is a valuable instructor and friend. She teaches her class yoga with the purpose to connect your mind and body. To improve your strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness and of course laughter within the heart.
Kim teaches with a smile and loves to help all ages and people with disabilities. She encourages everyone to take yoga and come by and try her class.

Vicki is a certified, registered Yoga & Pilates instructor and member of the Canadian Yoga Alliance, A caring, patient teach, Vicki offers classes in a safe, nurturing environment aiming to reduce stress and anxiety and increase physical and mental well-being. Vicki continues to seek new inspiration by attending courses and workshops. Hatha, Hatha Flow, Yogilates, relaxation Yoga, Pilates, Childrens Yoga and Meditation, Reflexology and Reiki Practitioner.
